D3 Nabeela Khan’s Special Session Accepted and Workshop to Be Organized at IEEE RO-MAN 2026

A special session proposed by Nabeela Khan, a third-year doctoral student (D3) in our laboratory, titled “Capability Gap in Social Humanoids: Methods for Robust Interaction Across Diverse Users,” has been accepted at the IEEE RO-MAN 2026 conference.

In addition, she will organize a workshop titled “BU-SHI: Broadening the Users – A Cross-Disciplinary Roadmap for Social Humanoid Interaction” at the same conference.

Both the special session and the workshop aim to foster interdisciplinary discussions toward enabling robust interaction in social humanoids for diverse users.
